By downloading, installing, or using DayByVid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

DayByVid is a video diary application that allows you to:

• Record daily video clips
• Compile clips into chapter videos
• Store videos locally on your device
• Optionally backup videos to the cloud (paid feature)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features like Cloud Backup, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

• Pro (One-time): A one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to Pro features.
• Cloud Backup (Subscription): A recurring subscription for cloud backup services. You can cancel anytime through your device settings.
• All purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Refunds are subject to the respective store policies.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the videos you create. By using Cloud Backup, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the backup service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Share your account with others

7. Limitation of Liability

DayByVid is provided as is without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or other issues arising from your use of the app. We recommend maintaining local backups of important content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
